All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, Monday – Friday 10am-4pm
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 9 AM EST Monday-Friday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 9 AM EST Monday-Thursday will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 9 AM EST on Friday will begin processing the following business day Monday. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

All orders to be shipped will be provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation

If a merchandise is out of stock (backordered), then you will be notified via Email with three (3) options:
1. Replace the backordered merchandise for merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
2. Receive a refund on the backordered merchandise, and process the order with the merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
3. Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.

Free Shipping
Orders over $75 within Canada qualify for Free Shipping with Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

Local Pick Up
Unfortunately, we do not offer Local Pick Up. If you would like to pick up merchandise from a retail location, please give them a call and they will be more than happy to place items on hold for you. Calculating Costs
We do not profit from shipping. Should you choose Priority shipping, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the dimensions and weight of the items you are purchasing.

Incorrect Addresses
It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to provide us with the correct shipping address when placing an order. If the order is shipped out to an incorrect address, or is sent back to us due to an error in the address, the customer will be liable to pay any additional shipping fees (eg. if you received Free Shipping, but your order was returned to us, and you do not wish to pay for shipping again, we will refund you for your order, minus the shipping cost).
